Like you, we have been plagued by acne our whole lives. We had tried everything when it came to topical creams, medication, and anything anyone told us would work. Very little long term success was found.

It wasn’t until we came upon an acne prevention method, that involved covering our pillow at night with a fresh towel, that we found relief to constant acne breakouts. 

We had so much success that we have begun reviewing and sharing our discoveries and tips with everyone. We hope that everyone can find the relief from acne that we have via this method.
