We give it 3 stars, as it’s more about wrinkles than acne. But, it can be beneficial to those whose skin can wrinkle and trap dirt and oil in the skin that causes acne, due to their natural sleeping position.

Here is another alternative to the Anti-Acne Towel, a Hospital Pillow
A handmade pillow that is hypoallergenic, anti-microbial, and allergen proof. These all add up to being great for your skin. If you’re able to sleep on it without a pillow case, every morning you can wipe it down with some disinfecting wipes. You’ll have clean surface for your skin to sleep on every night.
This is not ideal though, it’s not nice to sleep on without a pillow case. It gets humid and sticky. Covering with an Anti-Acne Towel, or some easy to swap pillow cases will be huge for comfort. This is a great way to keep your skin clean, and prevent acne breakouts.
We give it 3 stars ★★★, it’s a great accessory to an Anti-Acne Towel, but as a stand alone product you’ll probably get tired of it pretty quick.

When it comes to being an Anti-Acne towel which you sleep on, it doesn’t really suffice. The small dimensions, cause it to move all over your pillow if you’re a heavy sleeper. As well, it will not protect your torso from dirty sheets. Meaning if you get acne on your neck, back, or chest, this product is of no benefit to you. Consider getting yourself a regular set of Anti-Acne Towels.
